Steve has been an entrepreneur and business owner from an early age. He began investing in property as a teenager before moving into property development, completing and selling ten properties over a two-year period.

Following the Global Financial Crisis, Steve founded one of New Zealand’s early tax refund businesses. After the Christchurch earthquake, he was an early participant in the “as-is, where-is” property market, building experience across property trading and investment.

Today, Steve has developed a substantial commercial property portfolio alongside his residential investments and brings extensive experience in entrepreneurship, property and business ownership to The Office.

Guy has owned and operated businesses from an early age and has held senior leadership positions across a range of industries, with particular experience in development and finance.

As CEO, Guy works across The Office group, combining commercial, operational and financial experience to support the performance and growth of its businesses.

Glenn is a Chartered Accountant with a Master of Commerce with First Class Honours from the University of Canterbury. He began his career in public practice with Baker Tilly Staples Rodway and KPMG, advising clients ranging from small family trusts to corporate groups with turnover exceeding $800 million.

Glenn brings extensive expertise across finance, accounting, taxation and governance, supporting The Office and its portfolio businesses with disciplined financial management and strategic oversight.

Sally is a senior business leader with more than 20 years' experience across director and C-suite roles, spanning marketing, commercial strategy, growth, product development and business transformation.

At The Office Capital Partners, Sally is responsible for the operational engine room of the group, ensuring each business optimises both efficiency and growth. She brings a rare combination of operational rigour and commercial acumen, having built, scaled and sold businesses of her own.
